These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jaimie.my website, the enquiries and bookings you make through it, your Jaimie.my account, and the Jaimie.my wallet. By making an enquiry, booking a tour, creating an account, or topping up your wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

1. About Jaimie.my

Jaimie.my is a luxury travel agency based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, arranging tours, itineraries, hotel stays and related travel services. For most of what you book, Jaimie.my acts as an agent connecting you with the hotels, tour operators, airlines, drivers and other third-party suppliers ("Suppliers") who actually provide the service.

2. Enquiries & Bookings

A booking begins as an enquiry. Our team reviews it and, once details and pricing are agreed, confirms it as a booking. A confirmed booking is binding on the terms communicated to you at that time — dates, price, and that tour package's own deposit and cancellation terms.

3. Pricing, Currency & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated for the tour or service (Malaysian Ringgit, MYR, unless stated otherwise for that package). Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; Jaimie.my does not see or store your full card details.

Where a tour package requires a deposit, the deposit amount and the date by which the remaining balance is due will be communicated to you when you book and shown on your invoice. The balance must be paid in full by that date. A booking with an outstanding balance may be followed up as travel approaches, and we reserve the right to treat a booking as cancelled if the balance is not paid by the due date, subject to that tour's own cancellation terms.

A booking may be paid by credit/debit card via Stripe, your Jaimie.my wallet balance, or a combination of both, where offered at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms — including any non-refundable portion of a deposit — are specific to each tour package and are provided at the time of booking. Where a refund is due, it is issued by our staff to the original payment method or, where applicable, credited to your Jaimie.my wallet.

5. The Jaimie.my Wallet

The Jaimie.my wallet is a closed-loop stored-value balance for use on this site only. It can be topped up by card via Stripe and spent only against a Jaimie.my booking. Wallet balances:

  • cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be transferred to another person's wallet or account, or to any third party;
  • earn no interest.

One wallet is held per account. We may adjust a wallet balance to correct a genuine error.

6. Your Account

A Jaimie.my customer account is created and signed into using your Google account; we do not set or store a separate Jaimie.my password. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your Jaimie.my account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information for yourself and for every traveller on a booking — including full name, date of birth, nationality and passport details — and to keep your travel documents valid for the trip booked, including any visa requirements. Jaimie.my is not responsible for a missed trip caused by inaccurate traveller information or an invalid or missing travel document.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • make a fraudulent booking or payment;
  • misuse the wallet, or attempt to circulate it as cash or transfer it to another person;
  • submit false traveller or payment information; or
  • otherwise use the site or your account in a way that is unlawful or that could harm Jaimie.my, our Suppliers, or other users.

8. Liability

Jaimie.my arranges travel services on your behalf but does not itself operate the hotels, flights, tours or other services provided by Suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, Jaimie.my is not liable for a Supplier's own acts, omissions, delays or cancellations, or for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, political events or other force majeure. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Jaimie.my is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
